I am using Rolopress for business contact management. I want to be able to have a checklist for each client that ensures that I do the same items in the sales process for each and every client.

I also want to be able to list all my clients (at once) and see which items have been done and which ones still need to be done.

Example:
Client Name….item1…..item2…..item3…..item4
Bob Jones………[x]………[x]………[x]………[ ]
Tom Jones……..[x]………[x]………[x]………[x]
Jane Jones……..[x]………[ ]………[x]………[ ]

When I see a client that still needs to have process checklist items completed, I would like to be able to check the boxes from the list view as well as be able to click on the client name to be taken to their contact info.

I was thinking that this should be able to be done with a combination of templates and plugins. The process items might use ‘Post Tags’? Could I accomplish this using some sort of custom fields?
